Many schools have things that are unique and a big deal throughout campus. While you are probably thinking that the last day of classes is a huge deal everywhere, here at Chapel Hill, we call it LDOC, and it is arguably the biggest and most anticipated celebration of the year. As a freshman, I heard stories from my older friends and could not wait for this day to arrive.

It starts out with excitement and anticipation, much like when you wake up on Christmas morning.

Then there's the whole "OMG WHAT DO I WEAR" phase of the morning.

Once you're ready to go:

And then it's time to partaaaaay:

Everyone needs a break to eat.

And then you get right back at it!

And once you're:

and start to wonder:

then you will soon get really tired

And once you make it into your bed, you'll sleep forever.

Then, once you wake up...

And that's how you will know that you had a successful LDOC.
