4 Ladies Every Sassy Woman Aspires to Be

Being a sassy woman is hard. People say I should watch my mouth, watch my weight, and everything else under the sun. As a self-proclaimed sassy lady, I believe we should all look up to at least one of these women. Here's to the sassiest of the sassy!

1. Emma Stone.

Miss Stone takes no sh*t, and that's exactly why I adore her. She's not just sassy in a sarcastic manner, but she also professes sass in a caring way. While avoiding the paparazzi with her now ex-boyfriend, Andrew Garfield, she held up cards with charities where people could donate. Why you may ask? Because Emma is the best kind of humanitarian…the sassy kind. She has frequently admitted that she still has no clue what the h*ll she's doing, and firmly supports the end of sexism. She even shot it down while being interviewed.

Interviewer: “You look beautiful today, Emma."

Emma: “Thank you, we all know that's all that matters."

SNAPS FOR YOU EMMA STONE!

2. Beyoncé.

Queen Bey radiates sass with everything she does. Have you seen that women dance? Sass. Have you seen her sing? Sass. She lives her life in head-to-toe sass. This woman is the master of the hair flip, a literal dancing queen, and the epitome of a goddess. She's not just the wife of Jay-Z, she's also mothers her mini-ball of attitude, Blue Ivy.

3. Betty White.

Betty is 93-years-old and still kicking Hollywood's a**. She's roasted celebrities like William Shatner, and made comments that most grandmothers wouldn't dream of. Mrs. White should be crowned the mother of sass since she is most likely the one who founded the term. Personally, I think she's probably the best grandma around. Not only would she get all of your jokes, but she would give the most relevant advice, and teach you a lesson or two in bad-a**ness. Seriously, who wouldn't want her as a grandma?

4. Lena Dunham.

What I love the most about this sassy queen is that she's always true to herself. It's safe to say Lena doesn't give a sh*t about anyone else's standards. Recently, she uploaded a picture of her (completely normal) thighs coming out of her shorts. But of course, since she has a regular body and not a thin model body, everyone flipped (in a mostly positive way). I think Lena needs a shoutout for being her sassy self regardless of the occasion.

Same, Lena. SO MUCH SAME.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
