Here I am again, tired of so many serious thoughts, so I thought I'd get weird and have some fun. With the Kennedys of course. Who better to have fun with?
As always, I do this out of respect. I might start putting captions to pictures of other families, though. I'm open to requests! If you have one let me know in the comments.
Enjoy . . . (if you call this enjoying).
Joe: “Smile, boy. Just smile.”
Bobby: “Who am I supposed to be looking at? Joe, why am I looking at you?”
Joe: “I don’t know. Why am I looking at you? Why is Dad looking at you? I’m the protégé here. What is this, Bobby Kennedy day?”
Jack: “Not so fast there Joe. We’re supposed to be looking at Bobby, though he’s not nearly as good-looking as either of us. Just let him think he is for a moment. You’re pretty swell, Bobby, but just leave the good looks to us—me—I mean us . . .”
Joe, Sr.: whispers
Jack: “Dad, what are you saying to her? Dad? I don’t like this. Stop talking now, Dad.”
Jackie: “Hold on, Jack. This is important.”
Jack: “Who’s better looking? Who’s better looking?”
Joe: “Jack, give it up. We all know I’m going to be president, and no matter how good you think you look, I’m ten times healthier.”
Rose: “Stop it boys, just look at the camera.”
Jack: “Don’t worry Mom. I smile better than Joe.”
Bobby: “We’ve got to get this right. Listen, Ted, if we work it so—”
Ted: “Bobby, you’ve been trying to explain this for the last half hour. I still don’t understand it.”
Jack: “You can stop now, Bobby. I’m going to take a nap.”
Bobby: "I can’t believe I thought this many kids was a good idea . . .”
Bobby: “I am a hero." Without Jack around anyway.
Eunice: “Oh, you’re very handsome, Bobby. But this is ridiculous. I’m not worshiping you like some statue.”
Jean: “Why do we have to kneel? Why are you making a fist, Bobby? Are you that angry?”
Bobby: “No no, I’m tough. See. I’m flexing. Have to be strong, like a statue. I – AM – A – HERO!”
Eunice: “Sure you are.”
Jack: “I’m best looking! I’m best!”
As I said, if you have any ideas of other pictures for captions, let me know.
