"Orange Is The New Black" -- we're all obsessed and don't pretend that you're not a little bit interested. Once you start the show, you can't stop and it seriously becomes addicting. That's how it's been for me anyway. The highly anticipated Netflix series has recently released its fourth season and we're all just dying to find out what is going to happen.
Is Piper going to stop being annoying?
Only one can hope. I mean, come on girl!? It wasn't until the ending of the second season that Piper started to grow super obnoxious, gaining a huge ego over her "bad-ass" status or whatever (and she's really not in my opinion). We're supposed to like Piper, but her character is seemingly going nowhere. I feel nothing but a growing annoyance towards her self centered and narcissistic attributes.
When in the world are Nicky and Sophia coming back?
The last time we saw Nicky and Sophia was towards the end of the third season. Nicky got busted and was sent downhill for having heroin (Or was it heroin? I can't really remember to be honest.) and Sophia got sent to MAX for starting a feud with Mendoza. Both of these characters are my few favorites and the show doesn't seem the same with their absence. Bring them back in season four!
Is Pennsatucky going to get actual revenge on her assaulter?
I remember not being a fan of Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett during the first season. I mean, why would you? She was a meth head, ignorant, obnoxious, angry, so called "Jesus follower" who liked to push her "beliefs" down people's throat. Fast forward to the third season and the audience learns a lot about Tiffany's backstory -- which made me feel sympathetic towards her, as she earned a soft spot in my heart. Is she going to get revenge on Officer Coates for taking advantage of her? I seriously hope she does -- and in the best way possible, for her, to heal.
Are Soso and Poussey a couple now?
The ending of the third season was definitely a cliff hanger between Brooke and Poussey. Remember the unexpected (well, sort of predicted) part where they're floating in the lake together and hold hands? Adorable. I need to know what happens between these two beautiful people. I ship them to the moon and back.
Alex is alive, right?
If Alex isn't alive in the fourth season, then I'm going to be extremely devastated. The last time we saw her, she was in the garden shed and encountered a hit-man. At first, I wasn't a fan of Alex and I think most of us saw her as the evil antagonist opposite Piper. Nowadays, I find myself liking Alex way more than Piper. At least she's honest about her feelings for the most part and she doesn't put up with any crap.
What about Crazy Eyes and Maureen?
What an unlikely couple, huh? Super adorable, but kind of unlikely -- it works, though! Towards the end of the third season, these two super eccentric individuals became connected through Suzanne's "super explicit" story, which intrigued Maureen. Remember when they were at the lake at the end of the season? I had a feeling something was going to happen between those two after the whole "throwing the turtle back in the water" incident. Poor turtle, but cute moment.
Is Morello's new marriage going to work out?
I mean is it really? With her in prison and all?
Why is Mr. Healy still such a misogynist?
Dude, Healy, get over yourself, man. If I have to watch this sexist woman-fearing cry baby make another comment about how lesbians are "dangerous" or how they are taking over the world, then I'm going to put my head through a wall. I really don't care if he disappears from the show.
Where in the world is Bennett?
Where are you, John? You just left Daya and the baby after proposing to her with a gum wrapper ring! Why?
Is Bennett even the biological father of Daya's baby?
There is a lot of talk about this one. Some say that Cesar (Daya's mom's boyfriend) is the father of Daya's baby and not Bennett. Eventually, we're going to have to find out. This is a big one.
Why did Daya even get thrown in prison? I have been wondering about this since day one.
OK, I've been wondering this for three seasons now. Daya, why are you in prison?
Are we going to finally learn Maritza's backstory?
We found out about her girl Flaca! Does it have to take until the fourth season (hopefully) to find out about Maritza's past? Seriously, this girl needs some love.
