It's impossible to hear the phrase "How you doin'?" and not think anything but... Joey! Perhaps my personal favorite character from the cast of Friends can make you laugh until you pee and make your heart melt with love. Here are some of the reasons why we should love Joey.

1. His high hopes

We all have that optimistic side of Joey as the countdown for New Years begins.

2. His ability to not let things get him down

We all know it's sometimes easier to just brush some things off.

3. He's a GREAT friend


I bet we all have those friends we would be willing to pee on.

4. I'm an Adult? So WHAT


Sometimes, it's just better to be a kid.

5. There's always time for a celebration

No matter how big, or how small, celebrations are life's little gifts.

6. He doesn't have time for the negative parts of life

7. He has self-love!

8. He's a problem solver

9. He's wisdomous... and pretty creative with his word choice.

10. He likes to try new things.

However, he's not too fluent in French.

11. He can make things his way.

12. He makes time to relax.

13. He has all the love in the world for his best friend.


14. Food comes FIRST.


15. He's Joey.
