Hey everyone!

So recently I have thought of another project for myself... I know what many of you are thinking who know me personally ( Jessica what are you thinking??) But I have taken serious interest into starting a lifestyle blog. I don't know what I want to cover in it yet, but I know that it will be something that I will want to grow on along with my photography.

Below you will find my soon to be first post for my blog called "Jess Talksss"



Hi and welcome to my blog. I am so happy that you have stopped by. Here you will find weekly posts about pretty much anything I am feeling during the week, but I am still working out some kinks! Also feel free to check out my photography website

The reason why I am starting this new project is because I have found a new interest in writing. I know what many are you thinking, "Ew writing for fun?!"

"HA!" It's actually really relaxing once you have an idea in your head, it's not that bad to sit and write it down. (I challenge all of you who are reading this to take 30 minutes out of your day to just sit down and write about anything. Trust me, it will surprise you!)

I also write for Odyssey once a week, for anyone who doesn't know what Odyssey is- they are a social content platform that discovers and shares a chorus of millennial voices, amplified organically through social media! Pretty cool! Right?

Back to what I was saying before... I am hoping to post to my blog once a week (haven't figured out a specific day) so I might be posting a little at the beginning to start off. (Sorry peeps!)

But in the meantime, here are some things that I do hope to achieve by having this "open journal" to my audience.

1. I hope for this to be a safe place for me to open up to my readers and for my readers to open up to me. Saying that, please feel free to via email, text, or comment on my Instagram, or just REACH OUT to me in general if you have any thoughts or concerns. I would love to hear feedback.

2. I would love to have my blog grow into a success. When I say that, I don't mean having meet and greets or being on the ELLEN Show, lol, but I want it to be an outlet for anyone who wants a quick read and is curious what I am up to while going to college.

And lastly....

3. I hope that this blog will help my writing skills grow and my passion for a creative outlet to expand. :)

I really hope that you, my readers, love and support this new project I am starting to explore for myself!
