14 Fails That Will Give Just About Anyone A Laugh

It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, and then it's hilarious.

Let me start out with a disclaimer: People truly getting hurt by pure accident is not funny. But if they try something stupid, get "hurt", and laugh it off, I can and will laugh at them. I grew up in a family where the phrase "fight nice" was used more than "stop fighting", so maybe my humor is just all in how I was brought up. But if you're anything like me, or have watched hours on end of Rob Dyrdek's show Ridiculousness, you'll probably enjoy what's to come.

1. Model Fail

The best part about this is this seemingly perfect model girl thinks she's just being cute and ends up completely wiping out. The shocked look on her face gets me every time.

2. Karate Fail

Show me your moves master. Or not. He tried so hard though, you gotta give it to him.

3. Chores Fail

i imagine this guy rushing to get the empty trash can back in before his wife gets home. Thank god for security cameras and this footage.

4. Bed Fail

I could've told you from the start that girl #2 didn't have this one in the bag.

5. Dunk Fail

A few words of wisdom: Never trust your brother. Also I'm not really sure who this hurt worse.

6. Runway Fail

Isn't the first thing they teach you in runway school NOT to do stupid swirly moves while barefoot on a clearly slippery surface. Either way, she definitely made an impression.

7. Double Fail

You've got to applaud this little guy's resilience though.

8. Camera Fail

Momentary blindness is no laughing matter, but the picture that she'll get of this memorable moment is.

9. Pogo Stick Fail

Just one question. Why? I'm very unsure of what good could have come out of pogoing on a raised apparatus. I guess he learned that answer.

10. Grandma Fail

Uncle Bob: "Grandma's had one too many, don't let her near the hammock again!"

Cousin Tom: "Huh?"

Grandma: *laughing* *flips hammock in .5 seconds*

11. Track Fail

Not everyone was made to be a track star, this lady included.

12. Slip N' Slide Fail

Lack of baby oil leads to the world's worst slip n' slide, and a kid nailing the scorpion move.

13. Limbo Fail

How low can you go? Clearly not that low.

14. Bowling Fail

He wanted a redo. She wanted to stop him. Neither of these two things happened successfully.

S/O to the real MVPs who film these amazing moments. I applaud you.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
