I know for a fact that everyone reading this would probably spend the majority of their summer tanning, swimming or just enjoying the beachy weather, but those rainy summer days where you feel like there’s nothing to do, be on the look-out for these movies. It’ll be worth every dime, trust me.
1. Captain America Civil War
Captain America Civil War is Marvel’s newest installation in the world of super heroes and super villains. This movie unlike the ones prior to it, takes a turn that nobody could have foreshadowed. Instead of Captain America going against a super villain or anyone of that nature, he fights against the one and only Tony Stark or as many of us like to call him Iron Man. Captain America Civil War will be the epic movie that many of us have been waiting for, forces of good turn into forces of evil and fight against in an all-out free for all.
2. The Huntsman: Winter's War
A movie bent on revenge between Queen Ravenna and Snow White and sadly the epic huntsman who is caught between love and survival. The movie depicts the powers of love, strength and family in such a manner that will truly shatter the big screens this summer.
3. Ratchet & Clank
Not many people would know about this movie, but it’s based on the epic play station only video game of a fox and a robot that live in a fantasy world and only dream about doing something good to save the world. The two finally find adventure with a team of superheroes that travel into space to save the world.
4. Mothers Day
What’s better bonding with your mom than going out for a movie about mother’s day? Mother’s Day is releasing this May 8 and I hope all you sons and daughters consider taking your mom out for this!
5. Angry Birds
I’m sure everyone reading this knows about angry birds the game for your I-phone, your sibling’s friends or cousins or whatever, have definitely asked to play it. Now, angry birds is coming to the big screen. Those cute birds looking like balls of fluff are coming to big screen! Save the date.
6. X Men Apocalypse
So the Marvel movie that has had an installation almost every other year, X Men Apocalypse is coming to theater. America’s favorite mutants are once again going to use their powers for good and save the world from an evil pre humanity god that’s bent on destruction and enslaving all of humanity.
7. Alice Through the Looking Glass
The Alice that we all know and love is back and this time she’s not here to end the Red Queen’s terror, but instead she’s back to save her good friend The Mad Hatter from the grasps of evil forces. So, hold on people cause this rabbit hole goes down a long way!
