Ashley Brilla: Why Ithaca College?

Hale Douthit: Park is a really good school and I mainly came here for the film program.

AB: Why did you want to write for Odyssey?

HD: It's a great way to get noticed and established. I thought it would be a good intellectual challenge.

AB: What is your favorite article you've written?

AB: What is your major and why did you choose it?

HD: I'm a screenwriting major and I mainly chose it because it's the one thing I'm good at.

AB: What is your favorite class you've taken at IC?

HD: We read a lot of interesting work and it was cool to think about.


AB: What is your dream job?

HD: Writing for either television or film.


AB: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

AB: What's your favorite thing to do in Ithaca?

HD: It would probably have to be Cinemapolis.

AB: What is your favorite place to eat at in Ithaca?

HD: The Taco Shack!

HD: It's about this crazy guy that lives in New Orleans.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
