How long has it been? 14 years of waiting? 14 years of waiting to find out what happens after this scene?

Well, the wait is finally over. I was, I think, 8 when I first saw the first "Incredibles." It's by far one of the best Disney movies I've ever seen. So naturally, I wanted to see if the sequel would live up to the high expectations — it didn't disappoint.

If you haven't seen it yet, I'll save you the details. This is a spoiler-free zone! However, I will go into detail about what I thought about the highly anticipated sequel later on. I'll let you know when that happens, though.

First of all, it was adorable. Absolutely adorable. Jack Jack's my personal favorite.

Second of all, I loved the characters. New and old. I enjoyed their quirks and personalities. All of which made for quite an interesting plot line.

Speaking of the plot, it was pretty interesting. Kept me entertained despite a predictable ending.

OK, let's get real here: "Incredibles 2" was everything I hoped for and more!

We finally saw what happened after the first movie's ending scene. On top of that, the second movie literally picked up right after. For some reason, I really liked that.

I also loved watching Mr. Incredible, the macho superhero who's used to being the center of attention, take on a responsible parenting role.

Like I said, Jack Jack was adorable. I loved all his many superhero powers. Do I see a potential spin-off in the near future? Hopefully near isn't 14 years later this time.

The new superheroes and villains were a nice touch. It was refreshing to see new people. They thankfully added to the movie and didn't take away from it.

Overall, the cinematography was amazing. The movie itself was well worth the wait. My childhood wasn't ruined, and I'm excited to see what other sequels are in store for my favorite Disney classics.
