As college students, we all face the dreaded finals week twice a year- once before Christmas break and once before school is over for the year. With that being said, here are five important things to remember during finals time:
1. Grades are important, yes but don't stress it!
If you stress out about the grade you're going to receive, chances you'll get a low one.
2. Don't cram study!
This just overloads your brain cells and you don't retain a whole lot!
3. It is okay to take a break from studying!
4. Your parents will still love you no matter what grade you get.
Now I'm not saying go out there and bomb every Final with a flying F, I'm just saying if you don't do so well on a final your parents will still love you.
5. Try your damnedest.
Don't focus on your neighbor's test, or any other test you may have that day. Focus on the test right in front of you, try your damnedest, and you'll be just fine!
With those things being said, I hope everyone has a good finals week, and that you don't bomb your finals with a flying F!
