Let's just face it...those of us who have grown addicted to the "Shameless" series feel like we are members of the Gallagher clan. We all probably relate to these dynamic characters in some way, shape or form. Each episode, we feel like we are sitting in the kitchen with the family, sharing the watery milk or discussing who made what money to contribute to the electric bill.
Each character has his/her strengths and weaknesses, but what if the independent Gallaghers signed up for the opportunity of a lifetime on CBS' Survivor? Who would dominate in challenges and who would have a mental breakdown and get sent home? Here is how Survivor: Shameless Edition, would play out in my eyes and the order in which the characters would be sent home...
Cast: Frank, Fiona, Debbie, Liam, Ian, Monica, Kevin, Veronica, Lip, & Carl.
Disclaimer: Before arriving on the island, the group makes an agreement to bring Frank to the end since any of them would win against him.
1st Person Voted Out: Monica Gallagher

The Gallagher clan would vote Monica, their "mother" off first. She abandoned her children while they were young and randomly showed up out of nowhere to come back into their lives. She would be weak in challenges so she would be unable to provide for the tribe like she was unable to provide for her family outside of the game. She would easily be targeted as the first one to eliminate.
2nd Person Voted Out: Veronica Fisher

Veronica (V), not a real Gallagher, but an honorary Gallagher nonetheless, would be voted out next. She is a smart cookie and can manipulate her husband Kevin to get him to do what she wants. The other Gallaghers realize that these two together could definitely get to the end. Frank, Fiona, Lip, Debbie, Liam, Carl, and Ian lead Kevin and Veronica to believe that Carl will be voted out next. The group then decides to vote together and get rid of V. They believe she could have gotten far in the game if they did not take her out immediately.
3rd Person Voted Out: Kevin Fisher

The 3rd person voted out would be V's boyfriend, Kev. Without his love Veronica on the island, Kev seems distracted and doesn't want to talk to the other castaways for betraying him during the last vote. He fails during the immunity challenge and can't seem to think straight. He doesn't trust any of the Gallaghers anymore so he decides that he needs to take matters into his own hands. He goes to hunt for a hidden immunity idol. He finds one buried in the sand, but little does he know it is a fake idol that Carl made out of rocks he found. Kevin plays the idol at tribal council, confident that he will be staying. The idol is revealed to be fake and Kevin is the 3rd person voted out of the game.
4th Person Voted Out: Carl Gallagher

Sadly, Carl is the 4th person voted out. Frank, Fiona, Debbie, Lip, Ian, and Liam are amazed at how skillful Carl was in creating the fake immunity idol. They decide that he's too clever to stay around and long-term, he has potential to win the game. The group assures Carl he is safe, but he doesn't believe them. He scrambles last minute to make an argument to Liam about why he should stay. He reminds Liam of the good times they have had, pointing out the time they went to the foster home together and messed up the couples' house. Liam tells Lip and Ian that they should keep Carl, but the boys want him gone. Carl is voted out.
5th Person Voted Out: Ian Gallagher

Ian is voted out 5th. Everything is going well at camp and Ian, along with his brothers, are celebrating that they are in the final 6. Out of nowhere, Ian starts to have a meltdown. He goes crazy at camp as he throws the tribe's rice into the ocean, steals peoples' belongings, and runs off to do his own thing. His meds don't seem to be helping him and the Gallaghers find that he is unstable. As a group, they collectively vote Ian off for his own sanity and well-being.
6th Person Voted Out: Fiona Gallagher

Fiona, the eldest sister is voted out 6th. As sole provider for the family since the beginning, she is able to catch fish, make a shelter, and feed the family on the island. She feels as though this will make the group want to keep her around. Lip and Fiona have a conversation about the pact to keep Frank until the end. Fiona doesn't want to stick with it anymore because Frank is being obnoxious at camp and is swimming nude a lot, which disturbs her. Fiona tells Lip that she feels like Frank is going to manipulate Debbie and Liam, and ultimately get her out first. Little does Fiona know, Lip wants Fiona out and reports all this information back to Frank, making her the next target. Liam is on board because he remembers the time she almost killed him and she is voted out.
And we are down to four...
7th Person Voted Out: Lip Gallagher

Debbie, and Liam scheme to get rid of Lip because he is hands down the smartest member of the family. They know he will control the game all the way until the finale and he was the mastermind behind Fiona's blindside. During the immunity challenge, Lip and Liam are the last two remaining in a puzzle competition. Frank and Debbie yell out clues to help Liam, which results in him winning. Lip is pissed that they helped him and lashes out on Frank back at camp. Production members had to break it up and Lip was warned that his time would be over if he got physical. At tribal council, the solid three stick together and vote Lip out.
8th Person Voted Out: Debbie Gallagher

Debs comes so close, yet so far and is the 8th person voted out. She flew under the radar for quite some time as she kept to herself most of the time. Frank and Liam made a deal week 2 that they would take each other to the end. Liam won the final immunity challenge and had to pick between Frank and Debbie. Frank reminded Liam of the time he got him into school and all that he has done for him. Debbie reminded Liam of how much she took care of him when he was younger, while Frank was off getting wasted. Liam decided that he would win against Frank and sent Debbie packing.
And then there were the Final 2...
9th Person Voted Out: Frank Gallagher

Frank Gallagher made the final two, but lost the million. He thought his con-artistry would help him persuade the others to give him their votes. He made up a fake story that he was dying and that he needed the money in order to survive with an emergency surgery. The children did not believe him for a second. He received one vote to win from his devoted wife Monica.

think that he outwitted, outlasted, and outplayed everyone else. He kept quiet, yet made moves when he had to. He brought the right person to the final two and ultimately won the million dollar prize! He says he is going to take the money and invest in his own fashion line.
The tribe, or should I say the Gallagher clan, has spoken!
