Oh, "House Hunters" – What a show. I can’t even tell you how many items I’ve added on my wish list for my future home after binge-watching every episode. The typical potential homeowners range from bachelors/bachelorettes, to newlyweds, to parents. What if House Hunters created a show for college students? Our wish list would be very specific and tailored to our everyday college needs.

The wish list:

1. Large granite island

It’s not the quality, it’s the quantity- meaning how much beer, alcohol and food we can fit on it at once.

2. Spacious backyard

As long as it’s big enough to fit all of our friends, so we can party all day and night.

3. Party-friendly neighborhood

No old, annoying neighbors who will call the cops.

4. Individual, spacious, and soundproof bedrooms

We can't wait to move out of our twin-sized beds and into the large comfortable beds without a roommate. Also, it's crucial to for the rooms to have double reinforced walls for many reasons...

5. Hardwood or tiled floors

Beer is easier to clean up this way than it is on the carpet.

6. Thin budget

We're in college-- what do you expect from us?
