If Days of the Week Were Celebrities

Just one girl's opinion though

If Days of the Week Were Celebrities

In my opinion, days of the week have their own unique personalities. Each day gives of different vibes, some being good while others not so much. To put it in perspective, I've matched up the days of the week with celebrities that just embody the spirit of each day.

Monday: Adam Sandler

Much like Adam Sandler, Monday's are the worst. Waking up bright and early on Mondays is as horrifying as one of Sandler's comedies.

Tuesday: Will Ferrel

The second most annoying day of the week is Tuesday, with Will Ferrel representing that since he is, in my opinion, second most annoying compared to Adam Sandler. (Elf is the exception).

Wednesday: Miley Cyrus

Much like our opinions on Miley Cyrus, we never know how we really feel about Wednesday. It's a sort of love/hate relationship for the both of them.

Thursday: Emma Stone

In the midst of waiting for Friday, we forget about how awesome Thursday can be, just like Emma Stone. I mean it's not called "Thirsty Friday" people, don't forget to acknowledge the awesomeness of Thursday's.

Friday: Ryan Gosling

We all love Fridays as much as we love Ryan Gosling. If you're a bird, I'm a bird, I love you Fridays.

Saturday: Ryan Reynolds

I don't know what it is about Ryan's but they just totally embody the best two days of the week, Saturday, the best day ever, being represented by the better of the two Ryan's. I mean he's married to Blake Lively, that gives him brownie points.

Sunday: Ed Sheeran

Sunday is for relaxing, and good vibes only, and I don't know any one better to represent this than Ed Sheeran.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
