If Auburn Fraternities Were Rappers

We jam to their music in the car, at parties, and their music can even get us pumped up during a work out. We go to fraternity parties and hear songs of great rappers. But what would happen if some of Auburn fraternities were rappers?

If Auburn Fraternities Were Rappers

1. Kappa Alpha Order: Taylor Swift feat. T-Pain.

No matter how much rap music the boys of KA blast out of the subs in their pick up trucks, they're still good ole country boys at heart.

2. Sigma Alpha Epsilon: Snoop Dogg.

It's only fair for the oldest fraternity on campus to be one of the oldest rappers in the business. They know how to “Wiggle" and “Drop It Like It's Hot" on the dance floor.

3. Sigma Nu: Jay Z

Jay Z is the king of rap, and the Sigma Nu boys want to be the king of campus. Girls are “Crazy In Love" with Sigma Nu like Beyonce loves Jay Z. They got “99 Problems," but their back to school party ain't one of them.

4. Farmhouse: Drake

It's hard for people to not like Drake, he's a great performer. So, it's easy to compare the boys of Farmhouse to Drake because all the Farmhouse boys are great guys and it's hard not to like them. Making the club go up on a “Tuesday" might not be “The Motto" for Farmhouse. However, they sure do know how to swing dance. The “Best I Ever Had," as a matter of fact.

5. Theta Chi: Kanye West

Yo, Theta Chi, I'm really happy for you and I'mma let you finish, but ATO built one of the best houses on New Row of all time." They're definitely living the “Good Life" in that nice house. Ain't nobody messing with their “Clique".

6. Beta Theta Pi: Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne is one of the best rappers in the business, and “Believe Me," Beta is one of the best fraternities on New Row. Lil Wayne is loyal to his music, the brothers of Beta Theta Pi are very loyal to each other, so they ain't got “No Worries." Lil Wayne has tons of girls chasing after him, and it's a similar story for the Betas, they got “A Milli" girls wanting to be with them.

7. Pi Kappa Phi: G-Eazy

It's safe to say that G-Eazy is a new and upcoming rapper, that's extremely relevant in the world of rap. Just like how G-Eazy is an up and coming artist who's proved himself as a force to be reckoned with. The same goes for the boys of Pi Kappa Phi. They are an up and coming fraternity on campus. I'd watch out for these boys if I were you, because they have a lot in store for them in the future. The Pi Kapp boys are definitely some “Lady Killers" and “I Mean It".

8. Pi Kappa Alpha: Chris Brown

The PIKE boys always “Turn Up The Music" at their parties and get down on the dance floor. The boys of Pi Kappa Alpha are “Forever" “Loyal" to each other and their fraternity, just like Chris Brown is “Loyal" to his fans, music, and performances.

9. Phi Gamma Delta: Lonely Island

Lonely Island is a group that definitely has a good sense of humor, and the same can be said for the Fiji boys. Fiji is an entertaining bunch and they know how to get down “Like A Boss". And, lets be real, their house is definitely out there on a “Lonely Island".

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
