There is an endless amount of iconic TV relationships, but here are a few of my favorites that deserve to have their own personal shout out for killing it as a "couple".
1. Chandler and Monica
Anyone who thought they wouldn't make it to a "best onscreen couple" list is completely wrong. I LOVEEEE THEM TOGETHER. They literally seem like polar opposites, but Chandler loves her so deeply although he is one of the most awkward human beings alive. Monica is the neat control freak that loves her awkward husband.
Let's not forget about the time Chandler quit his job in Tulsa on Christmas day because he realized he couldn't spend any more time apart from Monica. Orrrrrrrr how about the time Monica met up with Richard (her ex) and realized Chandler was the love of her life. They're goals goals goals.
2. Damon and Elena
I have such a love-hate relationship with this couple, but I've grown to love them and their dedication to each other. When it comes down to it, the whole love triangle between them and Stefan is a little screwed up, but these two are epic (the word they always use in TVD). Damon literally would do absolutely anything for her, and she's the one person that kept his head straight. He was her dangerous bad boy and she was the good girl that ended up being the love of his life. Their happy ending brought me to tears and I'm happy they finally got what they deserved together.
3. Noah and Allie
They. are. the. cutest. Not to mention Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams dated in real life for a little while, but sadly they broke up (I really wish they didn't.) These two came from totally different backgrounds but still fell in love with each other which sends a really good message. Love is blind and nothing else matters except the two of you. I mean come on, he built a whole house for her.
Not to mention that it was her dream house and he remembered every detail. Even after she got married, she knew he was the love of her life and that wasn't going to go away anytime soon. The ending had me in my feels in every possible way but it was the perfect way to end it.
4. Edward and Bella
It's not a secret that I have a thing for vampire couples, they aren't an exception. The first time I saw Twilight was in 5th grade and I already loved these two. Their chemistry and love got so much stronger throughout the movies. The best moment in the first movie was when Bella was about to get attacked by a group of guys in a dark alley and Edward comes and threatens that they need to get out of there if they know what's good for them. How he got there so freakishly fast, who knows, but it's still the thought that counts. They're each other's ride or die and honestly, how much more could you ask for?
5. Ross and Rachel
I love their dysfunctional, petty, heart-warming relationship. It started off with Ross' little high school crush on her that just never seemed to go away. Once Rachel realized how good of a guy he was, she couldn't help but fall for her best friend's brother too. These two have been through it all together and no one could get in between that. Whenever they broke up, they made their way right back to each other.
Even if they were on a break when he slept with another girl. We can't forget Ross saying Rachel's name at the altar when he was marrying another woman!! The best line ever? "I got off the plane."
6. Will and Ronnie
I love how cute they were on-screen (how cute they are in real life too). We all know that when we saw this movie, jamming out to 'She Will Be Loved' during a car ride was all of our relationship goals. Some may say that summer romances could be the strongest bonds (Noah and Allie) and these two aren't an exception. They first bonded when she was trying to save turtle eggs on the beach and Will came to join her since he was a volunteer at the aquarium. Who doesn't love a handsome boy that has a passion for animals?
Not to mention he also decided to transfer to Columbia to be with her after the summer. Will set the guy expectations high for every girl in 'The Last Song'.
7. Klaus and Caroline
There's a lot of controversy with their relationship considering Klaus is a tad insane, but there was something about their relationship that made me love them. Although they were never officially together, the connection these two had was so obvious. Caroline was the one person that could get Klaus to say yes to anything and he intended on being her last love, for however long it takes.
As much as she tried to deny him and his interest in her, Care knew she couldn't resist the wrongful attraction she had to him. He was weak for her and she knew that. She secretly wanted him, and he knew that.
