The end of the semester is stressful for all college students (especially if you're an English major like me and have to write half a dozen papers because writing-intensive classes are unfortunately your passion). Yet, finals week can get even more stressful for those who have procrastinated continuously on papers and studying for exams (and let's be real, I am still talking about every single college student). We all have different processes for procrastinating: some go out and party until they have to call Uber home, some watch Netflix for 10 hours in their jammies and some even work on other assignments rather than the one due in the next 15 minutes. I decided to compile a general how-to list specifically geared towards procrastinators trying to finish final papers.
1. Turn on your laptop and wait for all the Windows updates you decided to not download last night in the middle of that "House of Cards" episode.

2. Open a blank Word document and stare at the screen for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Time for a Netflix break!
4. Realize that you only have two hours left to turn in your paper and actually start working.

Which brings us to…
5. Check all of your social media accounts...twice.

6. Look at the clock and see that you only have an hour left.
In case you haven't figured it out, this is the correct time to panic.
7. Magically finish your paper with two minutes left to go and submit.
