How To Get TikTok Famous In A Week

How did I do it? I'll tell you. Spoiler Alert: I didn't even try that hard.

How To Get TikTok Famous In A Week

So I've told you about my quarantine obsession with 'Percy Jackson,' right? Well, it still hasn't waned.

And if you like something, what would any sane person do? That's right, look it up on Tik Tok.

I discovered that Percy Jackson TikTok was seriously lacking in funny content

(For older fans, who use TikTok, at least).

I made a decision...

I'm funny (real humble, too) have a lot of time on my hands because of my recent infection with COVID-19 leaving me terrified and with no reason to leave my house, and a phone!

I chose to be the chosen one.

I posted two to three TikToks a day for a week

I've honestly kind of lost interest now that I'm running out of ideas, but my likes and followers keep climbing, so I should really figure something out fast.

I observed the #BookTok world. I noticed what they liked, what was popular, and especially what hashtags they used. Hashtags are the biggest thing. When I started looking up Percy Jackson on Tik Tok, that was the hashtag I was searching under, naturally! You have to think like that to get results.

Using popular sounds isn't too important to me

I usually just take popular Tik Tok sounds and ideas and remake them to fit Percy Jackson! That is what Tik Tok is all about anyway, making and remaking the popular trends.

I don't know if this is something helpful, but I do this because I like to interact with those that interact with my contact. If someone comments on one of my posts, I'll usually at least like the comment, but a lot of the time I'll respond! Tik Tok users like to see inside the mind of the creator. It humanizes them, rather than them just being a face on a screen. That helps to form a connection between you and the user, which makes them more likely to follow you.

I don't normally follow back all my followers, I follow the accounts that I see and like

Some are more popular Percy Jackson Tik Tokers, some aren't. They're ones that I see and like. I don't normally follow the younger kids (most of my followers are probably around the twelve-year-old range. They probably think I'm super-cool, which I'm sure helps me a little bit), but they're fun to interact with.

Anyways, this worked for me on #BookTok pretty well! I've been creative and gotten lucky with the success I've found. But, most importantly, I have a lot of fun doing it!

I hope you can take something from my experience and find some fame for yourself!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
