We all know him, we all hate him and we all secretly love him; the infamous Chuck Bass. I mean hot damn... we all have caught ourselves catching a glimpse of this hard to get Manhattan legend. Newport is filled with mansions and beaches, you need a bow-tie to rock all the prep that Newport represents.
