Anyone who has watched "How I Met Your Mother" has a special place in their heart for Ted Mosby, Robin Scherbatsky, Marshall Eriksen, Lily Aldrin and of course, Barney Stinson. Like Kevin, the therapist Robin dates in Season 7 says, these five characters are terribly dependent upon one another, enjoy scheming around with each other’s love life’s, and are completely dysfunctional. While the five of them seem to disagree with Kevin, their friendship, funny stories and casual (but worrisome) drinking habits make them lovable, hilarious and one of a kind characters.

But what would Ted, Robin, Marshall, Lily and Barney be like if they went Greek?

Ted Mosby: Alpha Epsilon Pi

Ted, the man who searches forever to find love. Similar to the brothers of AEPi who will not stop trying until they have found the perfect pair. Like Ted and his series of girlfriends, he seems to believe he has found the one, but then something goes wrong, he looses the girl, and he continues searching for a new one. Like the pair system, AEPi may think that they have found the one, but then something happens and it doesn’t work out.

Robin Scherbatsky: Kappa Kappa Gamma

Robin is a driven individual who always puts her job before anything else. She's gorgeous and everyone loves her, especially the fact that she likes scotch. Like the women of Kappa Kappa Gamma who are always put together and strive to do their best work. Kappa's make it a point to be involved in their community and make it a point to be known. From the beginning, Robin peaked as the Canadian Pop Star Robin Sparkles, then later became the news anchor at Metro News 1, and finally became a World Wide News Reporter. It is obvious that Robin is a Kappa and all the guys are after her.

Marshall Eriksen: Delta Chi

Marshall fits perfectly as a Delta Chi. It's rare that you can actually find nice guys in fraternities, but Marshall is one of the few exceptions. He's the nice guy who is always down to have a good time. He's the one you can count on to make you laugh or have a serious conversation. He's the perfect frat boy: good boyfriend, his dad is his biggest role model and he actually cares about (law) school. But even though school is important, he never misses a night at MacLaren's.

Lily Aldrin: Phi Mu

Lily’s personality basically screams Phi Mu’s values: love, honor and truth. She's been in love with the same guy since her freshman year of college, but while she's attached at the hip with Marshall, she still manages to not be the type of girlfriend who relies on the boyfriend for everything. There's rarely a time where she isn't sticking up for herself or doing something that she loves. Like any good kindergarten teacher, she would drop anything for her students and friends in a heartbeat, and that's what makes Lily a true sister.

Barney Stinson: Beta Theta Pi

Barney Stinson, the character everyone loves, but is actually the biggest player in the world. While he may say some funny sh*t, it’s not a joke when he says he’s slept with over 200 women. He’s a perfect Beta boy. He cares about his looks, would do anything to impress a women and can lie like it’s nobody’s business. He gets away with all this stuff, yet he still has great friends, a pleasing job, and a new friend to sleepover each night! Not to mention his apartment is beyond nice and anyone would be lucky to come over to play...

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
