We all feel it. Now that it's November and there is only a month left of school, we are all starting on a slow downhill towards zero motivation (or a very, very steep hill). The red Starbucks holiday cups, constantly saying, "Wow, it's actually cold outside," and finally turning up the temperature in your apartment creates the perfect storm for doing...absolutely nothing but watch Netflix. This article and I am here to express your lack of focus, or in other words, I feel you.
When your fourth alarm goes off for class:
When you have to finally get up for class:
Eating breakfast looks about like this:
When you get to class in your head-to-toe workout clothes and there's a girl in full hair and makeup and a cute outfit:
"Doing homework" every night ends up looking like this:
At parties, you go straight for the food in the kitchen. Who even cares at this point? You're hungry.
Let's be honest though, you probably won't even make it off the couch, let alone to a party.
Your nights...and days...are basically just this:
Aaaand this:
If you actually make it to the gym, it probably doesn't go well.
When you realize you finished an entire season of your favorite show in one day.
If someone asks you to get food instead of studying:
Right before any tests, presentations, or finals:
But you just need to remember, you can always keep going!
Because when you finally get to go home...
It will be so exciting!
You can get in the holiday groove.
And then you'll realize you get to do it all again next semester!!
