Amazon Dash Button

How cool is this?

A new product just came out in April called the Amazon Dash Button. With so many people using Prime, my guess is Amazon couldn't resist! Apparently, with this button, you can push it and it will order whatever products you need, and have them delivered right to your door so you "never run out of the things you love". The product is hooked up to your phone so you can order it when you are about to run out, simply by pressing the button. It will arrive at your doorstep within a few hours. Here is a picture of the product:

And now here is the commercial-

So as you can see from the video, it is a little button that you can stick practically anywhere, and get new products you need from. Convenient? I think yes. Apparently, you have to be an Amazon Prime member to get it, but it comes straight to your door. So here are a couple of reviews I have seen from YouTube from people who have actually gotten to use this product.

So there are a few things wrong with it, okay. Like the video said, it doesn't really stick to surfaces well. Apparently, with this particular one, you can order bags in large quantities and you can't get just one bag. According to this review, it is a good idea, but it is badly done. Here is another video:

So now this review is saying that there is a wand and a dash button. Now, apparently, there is an updated new version. Apparently, it's got "Frustration free packaging". Apparently, the new button is larger than expected. It's got adhesive on the back. Now apparently, when they were for a preview it was 99 cents and when they came out with the new button it was about $5. Problems are that you can only associate the button with one item in the Amazon app. You can't just order one which are people's frustrations. Apparently, if you fully embrace the idea, you essentially need buttons everywhere.

If you need to see more apparent problems with Amazon here is a video that just describes them ALL.

Do you think Amazon came up with a good product? Do you use this product and want to rant about how awesome it is? Comment below and let me know!

So well done Amazon. You disappointed a lot of Prime members.

Hopefully, Amazon will realize the product's faults and make a few changes to make their customers happier! It is a cool idea, but even cool ideas have their faults! Regardless, I hope you decide to try this cool product and make your own opinion on it! Who knows, maybe you will enjoy it?

Happy Product Testing!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

There have been many lessons learned.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
