The fashion industry is always changing; as per usual, trends come and go with seasons. This spring, there are some old trends and many new trends making way into our wardrobes. So, you better be ready to shop till you drop! With that, here are the hottest fashion trends that will make way into your closet this spring.

Dad Hats

Calling all gals and guys! Dad hats are the hottest spring trend. If you don't already have a dad hat, you better get your hands on one! Rain or shine, these are adorable with any look.

Best places to buy: Forever 21, PacSun, Urban Outfitters

Pastels

Don't save the pastels just for Easter--bring them out for all of spring! This year, pastels will be some of the best colors on the racks! Girls, this one isn't just for you. Guys, don't be afraid to rock a little pastel. It's a great look!

Choker Shirts

We all know the Kardashian's are a huge fan of chokers! Don't be afraid to channel a little bit of your inner Kardashian while rocking this choker look. A little bit girly and a little bit edgy, choker shirts are down right adorable.

Stripes

Stripes have always been in, and I already know that this style will be making its way back into your closet. Be prepared to wear striped pants, striped shirts, striped sweatshirts. It's the style.

I've been loving this look for awhile, but this style will definitely be such a hot trend this spring! The perfect pairing for scalloped shorts, distressed jeans, or pastel ankle-length jeans, strappy shirts go with practically anything!

Off the shoulder

One of my favorites, off the shoulder shirts are too cute to resist! While I live for the denim off the shoulder, these are adorable in any color and style. Off the shoulder shirts pair with anything--button down skirts, printed shorts, and jeans are my favorite to pair with.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
