October is almost over (where has the time gone?). Two months into the semester have gradually settled in. What does that mean? The start of fall and homecoming of course.
Homecoming is a time for friends, family, alumni, and staff to get together. Activities such as infamously tailgating in the parking lots, barbecuing, and socializing before attending the football game. Homecoming serves as a special time in bonding. Most of all, it serves as an important ground for community. This can be seeing friends, former classmates, alumni, and basically anyone during this time. Wherever you go, a community is of special importance.
No matter where you go, keep a community. This means keeping that special bond and place in your heart for those around you wherever you go. Like one of my favorite terms ohana, no one is left behind.
