The Thousands of Lies

Hillary: Can She Be Trusted?

Deceit and lies: two aspects of the most recent Clinton scandal that continues to hover over Hillary’s head. Though not surprising, more information has been uncovered concerning Hillary Clinton’s “lost” emails. Could this be the next step in Hillary’s prosecution? We shall see.

According to Fox News, some 60 emails, thus far, have been flagged to contain classified data and the number continues to grow. Officials reported to The Washington Times that investigators are working through “approximately 30,000 work-related emails” that traveled through Mrs. Clinton’s home server, called “homebrew.” Unfortunately, the review of Mrs. Clinton’s emails is not likely to be completed until January of next year.

Does this sound trustworthy? Most definitely not! With a continuing investigation into whether Hillary Clinton committed treason/espionage, why is she even attempting to run for president? It’s evident that she has something to hide. Not to mention, more incriminating evidence bolsters her guiltiness.

Among the lost emails, a thumb drive containing a “digital archive” of Hillary’s email inbox was kept by Clinton’s attorney, David Kendall, for several weeks before it was handed over to the FBI. What kind of tampering was done before handing over the thumb drive? Certain incriminating emails could have been deleted, all to cover her skin. Many people don’t see the issue with the lost emails, but these classified emails are more important than you think.

As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton was subject to classified information - information pertaining to the security of the United States and its people. Now, despite the ongoing investigation, say that a few top secret emails were shared to other individuals, leaders, or countries, then Hillary Clinton would be directly responsible for potentially putting countless lives in danger. What about Benghazi? Did that not prove enough? We have been putting up with an administration for the past 8 years that has continuously fed the American people nothing but lies. S, why would anyone want another 4 years with Hillary Clinton? Attempting to hide her emails ought to put enough of her credibility into question to make the most commonly sensible person realize that she cannot be trusted.

Between contributions made directly to the Clinton Foundation from other countries, Benghazi, and now the email scandal, Hillary Clinton has discredited herself. Don’t listen to the lies to the point that they become truth. If you have done nothing wrong, then do NOT hide the facts. I want, as much as any other American, for this country to stand strong, to prosper, to lead again, to set an example, and to represent democracy to the world. The only way for this to happen is for the American people to differentiate between the lies and the truth. Truth shows courage, respect, and responsibility; we must be accountable in order to be reasonable, we must be reasonable to stand strong, and we must be strong to remain a great nation.

I know that finding a politician that is entirely truthful has become nearly an impossible feat, yet we must not vote for an individual just because of their color, race, ethnicity, and/or gender. We must vote on principle, on value, and on integrity. We are all human, so let’s start acting like humans.

Sorry, I just had to ...

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
