College relationships can be confusing, messy and complicated. The phrase "he's just not that into you," can be heartbreaking, but at our age, wasting time with someone who doesn't reciprocate your feelings just isn't worth it.

As women, we like to see the best in men, and sometimes it's easier for people outside the relationship to tell--he's just not that into you. But believe me, if the guy isn't trying to see the best in you too, it's best to move on before you catch 'the feelings'. So if you start to notice these five signs, face it ladies, he's just not that into you. Also, keep an eye out for your friends, because sometimes it is easy to overlook the signs.

1. His words speak louder than his actions. 

He may say he likes you, but if he isn't showing it, he most likely doesn't. If he's flaking on you, not being affectionate or failing to do the little things to show he cares about you--he probably doesn't. 

2. You don't know his friends.

Ladies, this one is huge! If you don't know his friends, do you really even know the guy you are dating? Not wanting you around the people he hangs out with most makes it seem like he's got something to hide. 

3. You only hang out after dark.

Two words--booty call. If he seems to only call you when the sun goes down, we all know the one thing he wants. If he doesn't want to spend time with you when the suns up, he definitely doesn't deserve you after dark. 

4. He won't commit. 

Plain and simple, if a guy doesn't try to make any sort of commitment with you, he isn't worth it. Don't waste your time with someone who isn't proud to have you, because there's a guy out there dying to show you off. 

5. There's just no chemistry.

This guy can be cute, charming, and the life of the party but if you don't get butterflies every time he's around, he might not be the one for you. If the chemistry between you two isn't obvious--he's just not that into you, and you might not be that into him either.
