I don't know about you, but I absolutely love adventure. Lately, I've been trying to get myself out of my comfort zone and try new things, which is incredibly hard for me because I am living with anxiety disorder. As I go through life I want to experience as much as I possibly can, and maybe by doing new things, I'll keep my anxiety at bay. Welcome to my bucket list.

1. Skydiving

Y'all, if you don't think this would be an absolutely incredible experience you're wrong. Seeing the world from a different perspective, free-falling. I just firmly believe it would be a very eye-opening, very freeing thing to do.

2. Swimming with Sharks

You can do this in the Bahamas, which is gorgeous. Not only would I be checking off one of my top 10 places to visit, but I would also be checking off a major bucket list item. Obviously, they wouldn't be Great Whites so that takes away some of the danger, but it'll still be sharks nonetheless which is so cool.

3. Visit Every Country Where I Hold Heritage

Italy, Poland, and Ireland what's up. All completely gorgeous countries, so it'll be a treat to finally travel there.

4. Graduate College

The dream is The University of Michigan. I'm not where I wish to be yet, but I'll get there.

5. Get Accepted To/Graduate From Medical School

Psychiatry is where I want to get, therefore medical school is a requirement.

6. Make a College Dance Team/Dance on the Field

I did four years of varsity dance in high school, so naturally, I want to take that next step.

7. Compete at College Dance Team Nationals

This goes in hand with my previous point because most college teams do go compete at nationals, and I absolutely am in love with competing.

8. Go To Coachella

It's the party of the year, how can you not want to go? I look at the line-up every year, and there are at least 15 artists that I would enjoy seeing each day.

9. Research A Cure For Depression

Living with depression sucks, so I want to put effort into finding a cure.

10. Own So Many Dogs (Adopt, Don’t Shop!)

Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, oh my! I want all the doggos.

11. Visit the States People Forgot About

Ok by this I mean the under-appreciated states. Alaska, Montana, Vermont, Wyoming, etc.

12. Get Married

Large venue, lots of guests, big reception, fluffy white dress, the whole nine yards man

13. Travel, Travel, Travel

I want to go literally everywhere I possibly can. Every large city, every remote island, every tropical destination. I'll be broke, but at least I will have seen it all.

14. Take A National Parks Road Trip

I haven't been to any National Parks, and it'd be loads of fun to go on a road trip with the girls to see the sights of the country.

15. Drink Around the World in WDW's Epcot

Avid Disney lover here, so you bet this is on my bucket list. Going to Epcot in Disney World for my 21st and doing this with my family and friends would be the best way I can think of to spend my birthday

16. Do the Disney College Program

Magic Kingdom

Like I said, I love Disney; however, I don't know if I could stay focused on my role in the program because I would be IN DISNEY, ya know? Nor do I know if I could afford to take a semester to do this because of being pre-med...

17. Go To a Formula One Race

I've been watching these races every Saturday morning with my dad since I was 7, so this would be absolutely incredible to attend with him.

18. Attend Olympic Gymnastics

I've been doing gymnastics since I was 6, so this would be the cherry on top of the whole thing.

19. Go Paragliding

This adventure would be pretty similar to skydiving, it would be so cool.

20. Go Cliff-Diving

Again with the daring things. Of course, I would have to be extremely careful with this, but it would be epic.

21. Hopefully, See the Great Barrier Reef

If it doesn't die first.

I clearly have a lot to do before I can't be active anymore, so I better get started, right?

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
