Now before anyone goes in and says that I'm bashing Kayne West-Kardashian, I'm truly just stating my own perception on what is truly going on with him. First thing, let's define this whole situation as mental illness, which refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Allegedly West's evaluated mental health is actually more complex than previously thought. He reportedly has an insurance policy in place as a preventative measure in case he ever has to stop a concert due to illness, with many wondering what is the extent of his psychiatric condition. TMZ alleged his breakdown was sparked by "something deeper" than dehydration and sleep deprivation.
Now let's really think about this, he almost lost his life then the only person who really knew Kayne, his mother, passed away due to complications from a surgery she had in November of 2007. And let's also not forget his wife just got robbed earlier this year! So I believe he hasn't had time to grieve over certain situations that have occurred and when you just throw yourself into something, whether it be a relationship or work and don't take the time to get yourself together, it will cause a crash and burn effect. Then you marry into a narcissistic family that doesn't have a sense of true reality, you just let the devil run rampant in the camp. So I believe that Kanye West Kardashian has the right to have a moment right now.
In no way am I condoning his actions but when you don't take the time you need to really get yourself together and have the right people in your corner, it's like watching someone kill themselves right in front of you and you could care less. He just needs to take time from away from the spotlight, get his wife off for social media, and really search himself so that we can come back and make good music. It is a shame that Jay-Z and Beyoncé haven't really reached out to check on his well-being and that really could've made him spiral out of control.
It is a horrible feeling that one can go through that makes them believe that they're alone in the world, even when they appear to have everything. That's why you have to be careful when you call people your friend because when you're down on your luck your friends will always be there no matter who you marry or what the situation may be. In all, we just need to pray for Kanye because he needs it really bad.
