Hey guys, so today I'm feeling indifferent! I bet your wondering .. why? Well, here is a cute story. When I was about ten years old, I actually spent most of my afternoons in the library in my hometown. So when I was in the library, they actually had this book in the teen section called "The Handmaids Tale" and, even though I was only ten, I actually read it. Now you may be thinking (if you are a fan of the novel) "Woah, what a reading average! Reading 'The Handmaids Tale' at ten years old." Sorry, I can't help myself, but IT IS ACTUALLY VERY IMPRESSIVE. This book is extremely mature for a ten-year-old to be reading. I would NOT recommend it for anyone of that age. So here is a brief summary from Youtube so that I don't have to write it all out...
So yeah, this is a pretty creepy book! It also is a dystopian novel, one of the few classics that is actually a dystopian novel (as I mentioned before). So, here is the trailer from Hulu!
So, if you want to read the book before you see the show (which i highly recommend), you can find the book at the following links:
* On Kindle it's free!
And of course, for more information about this you can visit the official website (which appears to be from Hulu)
So, form your own opinion about the book and the movie is my advice to you! It seems as if you can only see it on Hulu, so yeah! There you have it, folks!
