I'm a music industry major, so I guess it's in my nature to constantly be finding new music from my favorite artists, discovering new musicians, or reminiscing with old classics! Here's another handful of songs to add to your iTunes library or Spotify playlists.
"Crash" by Usher

Usher takes R&B ballads to a whole new level with this track. It opens with an enlightening falsetto of a chorus, and then settles down with elongated melodies and tales of vulnerability in a relationship. It'll hit your emotional side like a wave crashing over you.
"Too Good" by Drake and Rihanna

This dance mix is more than enticing and features the vocals from Drake that seemingly drew his fans toward his style in the first place. As great of a jammin' track it is, the creativity bar is set even higher as the lyrics refer to the dramatic relationship between neediness and lust.
"Perfect Strangers" by Jonas Blue and JP Cooper

"Perfect Strangers" is Blue's first-ever original single after topping the charts with his hit rendition of Tracy Chapman's "Fast Car". Full of tropical house music elements, this is irresistible to even tap your foot along with the beat. The fluidity of JP Looper's vocals wrap it up to give you all of the right vibes. It's the perfect song for a warm summer night out on a drive.
"Elephant" by Tame Impala

This track starts off strong with pounding guitar chords and emphasized drum beats. You'd think it would be the kickoff of a hard-hitting rock song, but it spirals into an alternative track with more relaxed vocals. The sounds that follow makes your mind spiral into a world of creativity and wonder. The bridge following the second verse features a number of elements, including guitar and synthesizing / mixing techniques. This is the perfect song to listen to as you prepare for an entertaining night out.
"Half Moon" by Blind Pilot

The work from Blind Pilot is generally what I believe to be powerful, yet beautifully created pieces of music. "Half Moon" puts an emphasis on lead singer Israel Nebeker
's strong vocals, while the piano and guitar chords featured seem to carry along with him. The track builds to a climax of a chorus and then settles to the next verse, keeping you listening for more. On a side note, I saw these guys perform live as they opened for Vance Joy's set at the House of Blues Boston - if you ever get a chance to see them, absolutely take it!
"Kill For Love" by Chromatics

If you're an M83 fan, you're more than likely to fall in love with these guys in a matter of seconds. Their music is an irresistible blend of
Italian pop and disco, and their synth-pop contributions within their single "Kill For Love" will keep you in your dancing
shoes all night long.
