Why I'm Grateful That My Parents Are Still Together
A Stranger

Mom, Dad, thank you for being together for over 20 years. You have showed me and my siblings what true love looks like.

You guys have built a foundation where nothing can stand in the way between your relationship together. And I admire that.

Thank you for all the family road trips that we have taken, movie nights, family gatherings, thank you for it all. Our family would never be the same if you guys weren't together. And I am so happy and thankful that GOD brought you two together to share a bond and create a family who loves you both more than life itself.

Even if you guys argue every once in a while, you always make up. You both say sorry and never go to bed angry with each other. You guys are role models for a long, lasting marriage and still going strong. I hope one day my marriage will be like yours.

I thank God every night for allowing me to have parents like you. To love me even when I don't think I can love myself. To be proud of me when I feel like I have nothing to be proud of. Thank you for loving me and my siblings unconditionally.

You all have raised us right.

I am so utterly grateful that my parents are still together, I have no idea what I would do if they weren't. They are my heroes, my idols, and everything I believe in about love.

God,

Thank you for bringing my parents together and for letting them have an amazing marriage. We have so much to be thankful for and having my parents together is one of them. Thank you for never letting them get too mad at each other.. Thank you for never letting them stop loving each other or giving up on each other when the going gets tough. God, you helped my parents shape me and my siblings who we are today and showed us your amazing LOVE. Thank you...

Mom, Dad, thank you for being together after all of these years. We love you more than anything in this world. 23 years.... and you are both still in love with each other. I am grateful, so so grateful, that you are together still after such a long time.

I love you.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
