'Gossip Girl' Calls Out Kim Kardashian Look-A-Like, Kylie Jenner

Hello Upper East Siders.

I hope you all had fun at the Met Gala this week. I certainly did. I mean, how often do I get to see this many A-listers under one roof in my city? It just does not happen often enough sadly. Plus S was there, and we all know she is my fav.

S was out shined though, and we all know who ruled the Gala. Their names all start with K. Clever, Kris.

That's right. I am about to take on the Kardashian clan. Although, I would like to take this moment to hone in on the Kim look alike, little Kylie.

It is no secret that Kylie has had surgery. I might even be so bold to add that she spent $2 million on these surgeries. Clearly her momager hooked her up. Though I wonder, what would Bruce said about the situation? Maybe Caitlin was okay with it though? I must have missed that episode.

Shockingly enough, our little Kylie looks a lot like her half-sister now. While the world has been wondering whether this was intentional, I think we all know the answer.

I wonder if that was Kris' plan all along. After all, Kim is well-known as Kris' favorite. The duo has been spotted on multiple occasions rocking similar looks (sometimes even the exact same look) and we have all been left to wonder - does Kylie think we won't notice? Or an even better question, what message is she trying to send big sis Kim? If I had to guess, it would be along the lines of "theres a new head K in town." Watch out world.

There was even an episode of "Keeping Up" where Khloe was making fun of Kim for being jealous of the fashion headway little sis Kylie had been making.

Little sis did a unique look of her own that the world loved.. but now she has taken the imitation game to the next level. I wonder if Kim still thinks it is "cute."

Not only has baby Kylie been spotted in identical outfits as her big sis on multiple occasions, the resemblance to Kim post-surgery is a little much. Kylie is playing the ultimate game of "Who Wore It Better?" Cast your votes now, kids.

When asked if Kylie is in fact trying to copy Kim, she confidently replied, "I do want to be Kim,” she confesses during a segment. “I think people forget that me and Kim are sisters. We’re not in a competition, we’re completely different people and Kim inspires me — she’s one of my biggest inspirations. That’s not a secret. I look up to my sister. I don’t think that’s a weird thing.”

There has been a lot of fan speculation about this trend, of course. Is Kylie after Kim's title in Hollywood? How far will she go to be the next Kim? What does Kim have to say about all of this? Honestly, those thoughts are irrelevant. Remember, I make labels that stick.

Although I do not like being beaten to a punch, I was somewhat impressed with InTouch's take on the matter. If I did not know any better, I would say they had hired me to write that zinger.

“Kim doesn’t like being out of the spotlight, outdone or overshadowed. She will snatch that popularity crown right off her sister’s head and do it so gracefully. So for right now, Kim is going to let Kylie shine. But make no mistake, Kim’s coming back with a vengeance in 2016.”

We can only imagine what drastic measure Kylie will go to next to out shine the star who got famous off of a home movie. Don't worry though, I will keep you in the know.

Xoxo, Gossip Girl

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
