Four reminders why God is on your side.

1. God is fighting for you.

2 Chronicles 20: 17 says, "You do not have to fight this battle. Position yourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord. He is with you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Tomorrow, go out to face them, for Yahweh is with you." When you are going through a battle or obstacle through life, just remember that God is fighting for you and that He will never leave your side.

2. No one is against you if God is for you.

Romans 8:31 says, "What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?" So, if God is for us, why should we be afraid of what will happen in the result of a battle or with various things in life?

3. Do not be afraid.

Isaiah 41:10 says, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand." It is always tough to not be afraid of something, especially when you know God has a plan, but it is hard not to be afraid because you want to be in control of the outcome of the situation because that is what humans want to do. Do not be afraid because God has a plan.

4. Hold on, do not quit.

Psalm 27:14 says, " Wait for the Lord; be strong and courageous. Wait for the Lord." Why quit if God is on your side? God has your back and is for you. Sometimes it takes a long time for God to work in a certain situation.

Sometimes we need encouragement when something is going on and we do not know what to do or even when we think God is not on our side or we feel like nobody is there to help us when we are going through something. If you are going through something that you feel like God is not there for you, go to Him in prayer and pray that He would reveal Himself to you more during that time. I hope this helps, encourages you, or simply a reminder that God is on your side and that you do not need to quit because God has a great plan for you and we just have to wait for His plan to happen.
