If You Give A Teacher a Donut

We all love the If You Give a Mouse a Cookie series, and so do our students, but here's one just for teachers.

If you give a teacher a donut she's going to want some coffee to go with it!

To get coffee she'll have to go to the lounge. If she goes to the lounge she'll see that her box is full of stuff including a phone message from a parent.

When she sees the message she'll rush back to her classroom to call the parent back before school starts and forget her coffee entirely!


While she's calling them she'll realize that her table is a mess, and she'll start to clean it while she's leaving a message for the parent.

While she's cleaning the parent will call back requesting that she send a copy of their child's latest test scores home that day.

When she tries to print the scores she'll discover that the printer is broken so she'll have to fill out a work order to have it fixed!


When she's done with the work order she'll spy her her forgotten donut across the room and she'll want some coffee to go with it, but then the bell will ring so she won't get any coffee... but at least she has a donut!
