There’s plenty of country music newcomers on the scene right now but one that needs to be known is April Kry. She’s not your average country girl. She’s a singer with spunky sass and a big heart, who’s bound to move mountains in the country music genre. You can compare her to the likes of Kelsea Ballerini and Maren Morris but don’t do it just yet because there’s far more than meets the eye when it comes to the young Connecticut-born country singer.
Her voice doesn’t match her stature but that’s what makes Kry unpredictable and surprising. Her booming vocals are what’s bound to make her career escalate into great heights. She has courageous ability to tackle any kind of song no matter the genre. Her sound is infectious and will leave you wanting more after just one listen. This is evident in tracks like “Get Ready To Miss Me” and new single “While We Were Young”. You can hear more of fun-loving, sassy and summer felt music on her debut EP Music Speaks that’s due out later this year. But before you get your hands on new music from Kry, you should get to know more about who your next country obsession will be. Read on to learn more about the country newcomer and don’t forget to listen to her new summer-loving single “While We’re Young” on Apple Music and follow her on Twitter.
