There is always that time of day, where you are hungry but dinner is kind of soon, but you still need an energy boost to keep you going. Here are some easy and food for you snacks to keep you loving life.
1. Peanut butter crackers
Take some whole wheat crackers and some peanut butter and there you go you have some protein and carbs to fill you up until dinner time.
2. Trail mix
Easy to make yourself, just throw in some raisins, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, a little bit of chocolate for that sweet and salty mix.

throw some chocolate chips and some nuts to give it a little pizzazz

you can either make them yourself or buy them in the grocery store. To make on your own, just slice up a sweet potato, add some olive oil and some salt and pepper put in the over at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until they are crispy, let them cool and they are good to go.

get some fresh bagels and go nuts with your toppings

get some chips and some dip and have at it!
10 Dried fruit
banana chips, craisins, plums, mangos
11. Apples and peanut butter
dipping apple slices in peanut butter you can add granola, nuts or chocolate to spice things up a bit.

take your favorite recipe and put some raisins/craisins, chocolate and other good stuff to make them even better

buy some black bean hummus and some pita bread and enjoy!
