This Thanksgiving while you’re siting around your dinner tables or laying around watching football, be sure to thank your best friends for being the greatest people ever.
- You always have a snuggle buddy.
- They let you wear their clothes. You pretty much have a communal closet.
- They’re willing to give you advice about boys, girls, dinner selections, school and anything else that may stress you out.
- You can gossip with them about said boys or girls.
- They appreciate and understand your sarcasm.
- They make you laugh with their dumb jokes and horrifyingly unflattering Snapchats.
- You can ugly cry around them and not feel awkward.
- They’ll watch The Bachelor with you every Monday and Pretty Little Liars every Tuesday.
- They never let you pig out alone.
- They’ll always be honest with you. (Even if their honesty may be too brutal, you can still appreciate it nonetheless.)
- They’re not afraid to tell you if you look ugly.
- Endless hugs.
- They’ve seen you at your very worst and they still love you.
- They’ll spot you if you don’t have money.
- They’ll stand up for you when you’re not around to stand up for yourself.
- They’ll jam out with you on long car rides and even let you sing a little.
- They’ve heard you sing and they’re still friends with you despite your awful pitch problems.
- You’re never bored even if you’re just lying on the couch with them.
- They’d drop everything just to help you if you were really having a bad day…
- …Then they would cheer you up when you’re having that bad day.
- You can make fun of them without them getting too mad about it.
- They are your most loyal Instagram followers. You can always count on them to toss you a “like.”
- They let you be yourself regardless of how weird that may be.
- They’re always there for you.
- They’ll be your bridesmaids, the future godmothers of your children and your friends for life.
