Broke and hungry? China Garden Buffet is where to be man.
If you have a long day of classes and no lunch break or break at all, pack snacks! There's nothing more embarrassing than everyone wondering where that moaning whale noise is coming from.
If you and your friends are bored on a Tuesday night, take full advantage of the free entry into sporting events. I mean when else in life are you going to get that opportunity? Plus it's fun supporting your school!
Always bring a jacket/ sweater/ flannel to class. Seriously. Classrooms are always below 10 degrees
GIRLS- When you get home from the frat houses, ALWAYS take your makeup off. Your skin will thank you later
Try and keep in touch with people you graduated with, you'll be glad you did later
Sit in front of the classroom, otherwise you won't get anything done. Also, try and stay off your phone in class. Again, you won't get anything accomplished
The Sanderson is an animal house during the winter and a week before Spring Break. You have been warned.
CALL YO PARENTS- or at least just let them know you're alive (I learned from experience).
Don't spend all your flex dollars in the same month. Again, I learned from experience.
If you didn't already know, naps are your new best friend
Homework first THEN Netflix marathon, it's okay to reward yourself
Smile at everyone on campus, it makes you happier and might make someone's day
BOYS & GIRLS- Don't be rude to someone because of the sorority/ fraternity they're in or if they're not in one at all. Always be kind, it'll get you far in life
Last but not least, don't worry or be scared of college. It's seriously the most awesome thing ever!! Have fun, study, make new friends, and most importantly DON'T rush it. You'll be a senior again before you know it (cry face emoji)
