I will honestly say that I did not believe in the "Freshman 15". I thought I'd be even more active in college than I had been in high school. I mean, I'm only two weeks in, but I have eaten way more food in the past two weeks than I did all summer.
I didn't know what to expect with college food. I didn't know if it was going to be good or what the portions were like. I was in luck though. Every mean is buffet style for three hours. You can sit in the cafeteria for three hours and eat all the food you want. (Me and a few friends have already done that a few times.) The food is also pretty good. There are so many different choices and they change it up everyday. I love food, so I'm almost in my own personal heaven.
I feel like I have gained so much wait already. The only physical activity I get is walking to my classes. Of course, there is a gym on my campus and probably most university campuses. But how am I supposed to work out after eating food for three hours?
Me by the end of the year probably.
