This is for you,

The one who is uncontrollably crying in the middle of the grocery store, in your car and to sleep.

The one who is weighed down by the negativity that’s weighing you down and silently flips a kill switch in your soul.

The one who is covered by the pressure of stress that is crushing you like a ant under a shoe.


It is okay to not be okay!

This doesn’t stop your tears,

The hurt may not ever end,

This will not give you answers,

But maybe a flash of hope,

That you’re not alone.

You're allowed to take time, even if you think you cant, YOU MUST

It is time to fight for you,

Let yourself grow,

No matter what, when, or where,

You are your biggest fan and only you know what is best for you,

Be YOU.

Love YOU.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
