You were there, right from the beginning,

I am no longer a naïve girl, but instead an efflorescence individual,

You let me in on all your life mistakes,

I promise you I will not make the same mistakes you fear I one day will make,

You have guided me to live my life to the fullest potential,

I am on the right path to success and will not stop for anyone,

You taught me to be strong and stand up for myself,

I have a strong head on my shoulders, thanks to you,

You helped me blossom into the woman I am today,

I hope I became the daughter you have always dreamed about,

You stood by me, even through our disputes,

I pray I never said anything to you to hurt you,

You have seen me at my worst,

I have let you in on my darkest secrets,

You witnessed me at my best,

I wish you could see how I am doing now,

You told me happiness is a state of mind,

I am beyond radiant; nothing can weigh me down anymore,

You are my biggest role model and influence in my life,

I believe I picked up many of your traits and our characteristics are similar,

You light up people’s lives when you enter them,
