Anastasia State Park — St. Augustine
Anastasia has a beach, camping, bike trails and boating. This park is known for its beautiful beaches because it is located on a peninsula in the Atlantic. This park is also close to downtown St.Augustine, so if you need a break from nature you are a short drive from shopping and restaurants.
St. Andrews State Park — Panama City Beach
St. Andrews is another Florida park with a beautiful boat that takes guests to Shell Island, a gorgeous beach covered in shells. Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park — Key West
Fort Zachary Taylor is Florida's southernmost state park. The park houses Fort Zachary Taylor, which was used in the Civil War, World War I and World War II. The fort is open daily for tours. The park is also close to the Key's coral reef, so it is a perfect spot for snorkeling.
Caladesi Island State Park — Dunedin
Caladesi Island is one of Florida's completely natural islands. With white sand beaches on the Gulf, this island was voted America's Best Beach in 2008, according to their website. This is a beautiful beach island that offers fishing, swimming, and kayaking. To get into the park, a guest needs to ride a ferry from Honeymoon Island, which costs $8 to park there.
