Harper's Bazaar

Gone are the days when you had to shell out cash to have a personal trainer that would inspire and push you. Now you have all the sweaty inspiration you need on your smart phone. With hundreds of thousands of personal trainers, professional athletes, yogis, and overall active people constantly posting their insane bodies, impressive workouts, and healthy recipes online, your inspiration is just a double tap away.

Check out some of the best Instagram accounts (in no particular order) that I guarantee will get you to stop hitting the snooze button and push you through your next gym session.

1. Body By Jenn LA (@bodybyjennla)

With a celebrity client list longer than her legs, Jenn is Los Angeles’ one-stop all. With specialties in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Kickboxing, her video workouts with tips and tricks in the caption section will have your muscles burning in seconds. And if that’s not enough motivation, then you can always just stare at her client’s insane bodies in the videos.

2. Robin Arzon (@robinnyc)

Lucky this former lawyer switched careers! Robin is a spin instructor, personal trainer, and self-described “street athlete.” I guarantee this chick will get you off the couch and pounding the pavement.

3. Kaisa and Jennifer (@twobadbodies)

Why settle for one trainer when you can have two? These BAD (beautiful athletic duo) ladies will have you and your best friend pushing each other’s limits. The former University of Washington track stars offer everything from synchronized stair workouts to TRX routines using trees…well, it is Washington after all.

4. Lindsey Vonn (@lindseyvonn)

This Olympian isn’t just a bad ass on the slopes; she also dominates the gym. Not only does she post killer workouts using TRX, kettle bells and stability balls, but you’ll also get a glimpse into her daily life. Steal her moves and you’ll be looking like a boss in the gym in no time.

5. Natalie Uhling (@natalieuhling)

Why not take inspiration from a chick that has created five workouts AND is an Under Armour Athlete? Natalia’s Instagram is full of quotes that will keep you moving, tips for cooking healthy food, and of course her rocking body.

6. Misty Copeland (@mistyonpointe)

She may have just become a principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, but that doesn’t mean her Instagram game has suffered at all. Misty’s grace on stage with her dedication in the gym makes her an inspiration to all of us. Seeing her commitment will have you finishing strong in your next workout.

7. Jeanette Jenkins (@msjeanettejenkins)

Coach, nutritionist, Nike athlete, celebrity trainer – what more could Jeanette bring to the table to make you want to follow her Instagram? Maybe being best friends with Kelly Rowland and Serena Williams? This muscular trainer provides followers with exercises and nutritional tips to make sure you are reaching your full potential.

8. Karena and Katrina (@toneitup and @karenakatrina)

Rounding out the list is another dynamic duo, the Tone It Up girls. With two Instagram accounts, you will have no shortage of inspiration from them. The Manhattan Beach residents will make everyone jealous of their gym – the beach. These girls have a nutritional plan, fitness book, and their own bikini line. What more could you want to inspire you?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
