Getting toward the end of my Freshman year of college, I can not help but go over the thoughts that have came through my mind.

1. Is it over yet?

I constantly was running to my wall calendar counting down the days.

2. Do I look like a freshman?

While hiding my Vera Bradley lanyard in my backpack, I wonder if people think I look like a freshman.

3. Okay, I've gone home two weekends in a row. Is it okay to go back for a third?

I love my school, but I love going home.

4. How can I calculate my grades to make sure I pass?

Every college student does this. I promise. Not just me, Mom.

5. Is it too late to choose a different path?

College is so stressful, so you always jokingly look back to see if there is another path to run to.

The first year of college many thoughts will run through your head, but don't give up yet! This is just the first of many years of thinking about running away!
