Have you ever found yourself feeling overwhelmed with school work, bills, etc? Or you have a period of time when everything is going wrong? Let's not also forget to mention those times where you went days without showering because you been so busy and barely had enough time to breathe. In this article I'm going to tell you guys a few different ways I find little ways to find some sort of peace or satisfaction.

The first recommendation that I feel that is necessary to start with is to start with a routine. I know that it might be a hard thing to stick to because it can be demanding they might be or even boring for some to stick by. When I say routine it can be something as little as waking up at 8 AM, eating breakfast, showering, doing something you enjoy doing, and then head to classes or maybe even some type of bedtime routine. Picking up a new hobby could also play a role here as well, like maybe taking a yoga class.

Everyone loves getting to sleep in a little. One way I find a way to gain some more beauty rest is having all of the things I need already packed and ready to go in the morning. When I say this I don't mean like just your bag, I mean your outfit and depending on who you are even your hair. Getting extra sleep beats having to rush around to get everything together and ready before leaving.

Lastly, make sure that you have everything you have to do and all the extra activities in some type of planner or something. Punctuality is always going to be key and you don't want to accidentally forget about a lab or a due date. Plus the satisfaction of having a place where everything you have planned and scheduled all laid out. It would also help you find some time to invest in some you time!

Life is very stressful and sometimes it seems like it's impossible to catch a break, hopefully, some of my tips can help you guys find a little peace in certain aspects of your lives and help you find some clarity during this stressful season that is approaching quickly. Always remember and try to find time for you because your sanity is very important.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
