Finals Week As Told By 'Friends'
E! News

You knew finals week was going to be rough after coming back from Thanksgiving break when you put your mental breakdown on hold to spend time with your dog while stuffing your face with turkey. The only thing that keeps you going is the fact that CHRISTMAS is THIS MONTH. Also that unimportant, small detail that your GPA and basically entire life depends on this week brought up from hell. Not even a mental rock like Monica Geller could survive finals week without having a breakdown or cleaning out her apartment of procrastination and despair.

1. When you're parents ask why you didn't study over break

2. How you feel about having an 8AM exam

3. When your professor starts teaching new content the week of the final

4. And the proceeds to tell you via email that your exam is actually worth 30% of your grade instead of 10%

Because those are such easy numbers to mess up

5. When someone asks you "How's it going?"

6. When that annoying person in your class asks you to share your study guide and notes with them

7. Attempting to study for a class that you stopped caring for weeks ago

8. The words of wisdom you supply your fellow classmates with:

9. Winging your language oral like

10. Not to mention you suck at multiple choice

11. When the instructions on the test contain a word that you don't know the meaning of

12. Walking out of an exam that you overstudied for

13. When everyone is freaking out over exams

14. It's half way through the week and this is your attitude:

15. When your friends bombard you with questions after taking an exam that they haven't taken yet

16. Or when there's no point in helping them

17. Trying to get help from the smartest kid in your class

18. When you get to the test and realize that it's NOTHING that was on the study guide or what you studied for

19. Walking out of an exam you know you failed

20. Taking the English final:

21. When all your friends finished their finals, but you're still cramming

22. And then when your final grades for the semester come out...

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
