Finals Week As Told By The Cast Of Grey's Anatomy

Summer is just around the corner, but before you can really lay back and relax you have to sit through the dreaded finals you have put off studying for. When you finally realize just how quickly those finals are approaching the panic sets in and the library becomes your new home. What would studying be without procrastination though? Here are feeling we all have during finals week told by the cast of Grey's Anatomy.

1. You have to study for exams the week before finals week. Why would your professor do that to you?

2. You’ve had “study for finals” on your to do list for the last three weeks. Now finals are less than a week away and you still haven’t looked at anything.

3. You realize you have an exam on the last day. You try to talk your way into getting it moved but it’s a hard no from the professor.

4. 24 hour quiet hours come sooner than expected. Although it seems like whenever you try to be productive there are people being loud.

5. You finally make your way to the library to find that the spot you’ve sat at everyday for the semester is taken by someone who is totally pretending to be productive.

6. You spend too much time trying to find a new quite spot on campus, only to get told to move because there is a meeting or class being held there.

7. You do anything and everything but studying. Planning out the next three years of my life is better than studying, am I right?

8. You spend way too much time trying to calculate the grade you need to get in order to an A in the class rather than studying.

9. You read the syllabus and find out the final is cumulative. This may or may not be a tear jerking moment for some.

10. You spend most of your time wondering why you didn’t pick an easier major. Who said being a health science major was a good idea in the first place.

11. You forget the last time you have seen sunlight. You go into the library when its light and leave way after sunset.

12. You spend days on end cramming. Since you didn’t start studying early like you wanted to you are left with no other choice.

13. You finally feel confident in what you are studying. Maybe this won’t be that bad and you can somehow pull the A in the class.

14. Sleep is a thing of the past. Staying up until 2am to wake up for your 8am final is not a fun time.

15. The time comes to take your first final and you think you have it in the bag.

16. You look at the first question of the test and laugh when you don’t know the answer. So much for that good grade.

17. You patiently wait for grades to come out. By patiently I mean constantly refreshing the website waiting for your grades.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
