When I’m feeling tired limbed,

The hopeful lights are dimmed

And assignments have me pinned,

I’ll RUN LIKE THE WIND!

Wait, no I won’t, I know.

Running is awful, and I’m super slow

I’ll probably just watch the track team, so

GO SLOWPOKES, GO!!

When I’m forgetting due dates

My books feel like lead weights

Me and my classmates

Realize we’re in dire straits

I just think Hey

What would my teachers convey

If I told them about it all today?

What would they say?

Probably? “Don’t whine, don’t fuss.

This discussion is superfluous;

There’s nothing left to discuss!

This was all in the syllabus!”

You know, our schedules are packed

We don’t have this thing hacked

Our heads are a bit whacked

...Feel free to stop me if its not fact?

But we’ll make it through,

At least, I hope we do.

This semester sure flew.
