With the Fall semester coming to a close, we know what is coming... No amount of dread can make it disappear it here to stay. But I want to take the moment to address the time leading up to the weeks of finals. The pre-finals bell has already begun to toll. Professors are already assigning PowerPoint presentations, research papers, having the last exams before the finals. If you are not panicking then you are doing it all wrong. So before we start experiencing it, I want to give a little perspective for the freshman out there on what is about to happen. Life as you know it is a lie. Remember senioritis well this is twice as bad because while high school was free you are paying for college. So before you start clocking out and jumping onto that rollercoaster keep that in mind. But here goes nothing.
1. When you realize all your presentations are on the same week
2. You haven't started any of them
3. Coming to that revelation that you can't spell studying without dying
3. When family members ask you how school is going
4. Failing an exam after Thanksgiving
5. When you have to randomly pick the presentation date
6. Finishing your project the minute before it's due
7. When you don't get an index card
8.When nothing you studied for is on the exam
9. When someone says "the exam was easy"
10. When you actually failed
11. But still pass the class
