Feminist Level: Ignorant Idiot (Final Score: less than 0)

I am really hoping you took this quiz as a joke because if you didn't, there is no hope for you.

Feminist Level: Beginner (Final Score: 18-56)

You are starting to understand the basics, but most of your answers were about white, straight, women. It's time to do some more research and gain some perspective and insight into the problems that people outside your bubble face like racism, homophobia, etc.

Feminist Level: Beginning to Moderate Intersectional Feminist (Final Score: 56-128)

You are really starting to grasp the concepts of intersectionality. Woah, what does that big word mean? Intersectionality is the understanding of an overlap of different social categorizations (like race, class, gender, etc.) that further worsen the level of disadvantage and discrimination. For example, a white rich man experiences way more opportunity and advantage than a black, transgender woman. While this quiz doesn't mention the issue of class and wealth because it is long enough as it is, you get the point. To fully understand the concepts of feminism, you really have to include all levels of people and understand how their social status changes how people treat them. It is a sad and unfortunate part of society that these attributes like race and gender makes life better for some than for others. However, the more education, exploration, and understanding we have of these systems, the more empathetic we become and the more we can make lives better for the people who have it the worst. You're well on your way, I believe in you.

Feminist Level: Moderate To Advanced Intersectional Feminist (Final Score: 128-185)

You know what you're talking about. However, there's always room for improvement. Keep learning, keep growing, and educate others. It starts with you. There is only one way to change the culture that you obviously recognize is unjust and that is to share your ideas with those around you.

Feminist Level: Queen/King of Feminism (Final Score: 185+)

If I could hug you from the other side of the internet I would. Keep doing you.

We are all still learning and growing. This quiz doesn't even begin to cover the many issues that America needs to work on. I grew up a privileged white woman, so if I can understand the concepts of Intersectionality and practice them in my daily life, so can you. I too am still learning. Changing the culture and society we live in begins with you. Maybe you didn't know you are a feminist and maybe you don't want to identify as one and that's okay. But the world isn't so peachy for everyone in this country. The more vocal you are about it, the more you can help change the culture. Unless you fall into the ignorant idiot category, than maybe you should keep your mouth shut. So what category did you fall into? Leave your score in the comments below.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
